Description: Added clarification to rule 1.5 concerning advertising of external sites; Added Section 5, "Command Rules"; Added section 5.1, "Nicknames".
Reason: To alleviate demand on Moderator and Admin time, Member_P players may now nickname themselves. It is important that it be clear what is allowed and not allowed. It is also helpful for players to know what they may and may not request in their nicknames.
