Anyone can harvest them, they're used for making Frost Cider at the brewery in Frostana.

It's a special apple that can only be found in Frostana. If you see one in a tree, you can harvest it with a right click(unless it has been recently harvested by someone else)

I don't really have a way of knowing when levels were gained except via command. Just keep them and don't do it anymore.

Take away any levels "I" gained from this Monday and now

It's not a trust issue, it's a cheat issue. having someone else use your account to level for you is cheating.
