It was down shortly earlier.. It was planned. Also, why can't you post in the shoutbox?

blue, the area to input text for the shoutbox was removed for me for some reason. Don't know how or why, but can provide a picture if you wish.

Does it not show the shoutbox? Just grey letters that says Shoutbox? If so click the greyed out Shoutbox.

No, it shows it and I can minimize/expand the shout box but the area where I before would input the text is gone.
