Addiction to Fallout 4 and an apology

Hey, miners and minettes,

   Sorry for the absence, for those of you who noticed and or lamented it. Fallout 4 is helluva a drug, to paraphrase Rick James. I'll be back for the next wave of building, decorating and renovating tho!

Just as soon as I find my son Shaun, and that'll happen just as soon as I help all the factions and then turn against all but one and that'll happen when I finish the seven billion side quests that keep popping up and THAT will happen just as soon as supermutants, raiders and asshole gunners stop ransacking my 20+ settlements every five minutes.

Soooo... 2025 maybe?

About 5 hours into that game you forget Shaun is even a thing. Ludo-narrative dissonance and what not. I'm currently on an all Luck/Charisma build with the first perk being in idiot savant

Have to tell me how that works and how well it works out, I usually go for the 'try to talk them down but blow them away if that doesnt work' build.

I have been addicted too, I just got a new xbox one and I can't stop playing the new Halo.

One of these days, I'll have to roleplay an utterly evil asshole in one of these games and see how the ending works out. You know, threats, insults, intentionally instigating npcs, stealing as a way of life. I almost always go for the boy scout do-gooder approach to get the best possible ending. Bioshock gave me post traumatic gaming disorder when I realized I was killing little sisters to get the Adam and got a bad ending.
