You will need a villager egg to create a Shopkeeper. You can trade with ____ at the docks to get a villager egg.
- Creating a Shopkeeper
When you hold the villager egg in your hand, it will print the instructions on how to create a player shop in chat. First, make sure that you are not aiming at any block. You can then right-click to cycle through the different player shop types (selling, buying, trading, book). You can also hold sneak while right-clicking to cycle through the shopkeeper object types (villager, sign, witch, ..). Then, right click on a chest (or other type of supported container) to select it, and then right click on another block to place the shopkeeper at that location.
- Opening the "Editor Window"
right-clicking on the shopkeeper while sneaking, you can open the shop's "Editor Window". This will look like a regular chest inventory, but it has a couple of special icons. Those represent buttons you can click to perform certain actions on the shopkeeper.(https://github.com/Shopkeepers/Shopkeepe...ting-Shops)
- Setting up Trade items
Insert the items you want to sell into the chest. When you open the editor window, these items will appear at the top. To specify the cost items, you click at some item inside your inventory to pick it up and then at a slot inside the editor window. The item on your cursor will be copied into that slot. You can also insert or replace items in the top row by this. You can also use placeholder items (https://github.com/Shopkeepers/Shopkeepe...lder-Items).
- Using a Shopkeeper
Right click the Shopkeeper and you will see a trading window with the items you have set up.
