For the time being theft will be counted as griefing. Stolen goods should be returned by the thief and there will only be light punishment unless someone goes completely overboard or isn't willing to give the stuff back (for instance, if they took it and threw it into lava just to spite the victim. That's just not nice, and we don't want you here if that's how you operate!)

I would like to include a legal form of theft in the future, but for now I just wouldn't advise that you go stealing stuff.
