You stated the other day you didn't even know who claimed that island. There was a sign on the island stating "claimed by C.O.A.T." You couldn't even tell me what C.O.A.T. stood for. Clearly it wasn't your doing. I waited over a month with no activity on the island and then Fax said I could take it over since no one was building anything. I have been building on it for a while now and you clearly saw me before on the island but conveniently didn't start claiming it was your own until yesterday. Fax told you that I had rightfully petitioned him for the island and that you could have it back if it went dormant. It is not "your" island.
You came on my island multiple times yesterday and threatened to harm me and take my land. You left a declaration of war posted on the island. Obviously I saw you as a threat and didn't want you on my island since you have threatened me so many times. So, when you came back today I killed you before you could kill me.
You then proceeded to tp right on top of me after you got your armor and weapons and killed me. Obviously, if we eventually implement a rule that forbids teleporting FROM a fight, we should equally implement a rule that forbids teleporting TO a fight. It's just not fair that someone get set a home right on top of your house and then TP in and kill you before you can do anything.
The rules clearly state that all theft is disallowed and will be treated as griefing. It does not specifically mention either theft from chests or from PVP, it just says no theft. The better interpretation of that is, clearly, "no theft." Not some made up rule that you cannot steal from a chest but can murder someone and take their entire inventory. Keep in mind the no theft rule was written down by dwarf after you guys got upset that resser took your sword.
I then killed you in spawn to get my goods back. I then immediately gave you all your items back as I didn't want them. Keep in mind, for all your rule talking there is no specific written rule about killing in spawn. I've been killed in spawn many many times. Either way, I just wanted my stuff back that you refused to give. I did swear one time as I was upset you stole all my materials and were not playing respectfully and by the rules. For that I will take any punishment deemed necessary by the mods.
In the future, please leave me alone and stay off my lands, and I will do the same to do. Please remove your home from my island. If you want to keep coming there to murder me, at least have the courtesy to approach on a boat. The island is open for anyone to use, you can park at the dock before you come up to kill me.
