So if you haven't even been on the server a month, and didn't make the sign claiming the island, how would you know how long it was untouched? It's obvious you didn't put down the sign and claim the land, so I'm not sure why you keep referring to it as your island. If Church did it, he can have a discussion with Fax and Fax will explain to him the same things he explained to you.
I came upon the island over a month ago. At the time, it was untouched except for a small sign stating "Claimed by C.O.A.T." I asked Fax and others on who COAT was. No one seemed to know. Fax told me that if the island remained untouched for a period of time I could claim it. I waited at least 3 weeks before I again inquired with Fax. He said I could take over the island. This was at least another few weeks ago as I have been building on it since. Again, I know Fax explained this to you yesterday.
