There was no house, the island was completely untouched except for the one sign.  And yes, Fax told me that even though I had built on the island that if I left it dormant for too long I would lose it if someone petitioned him for it.  I am fine with that. 

If you really want the island that bad, make me an offer for it.  I never said I wouldn't sell it to you.

Or, if you can get ownership of south spawn lake island, maybe we could do a trade.
