Reporting a Bug

It helps us a lot when you guys report things that are broken. It helps even more when it's in an organized fashion! I'm not going to slap your hand for not using the following guide, but I sure would appreciate it if you used it.

Provide a brief descriptive title

One sentence is all you need. Something like "Using the command /AwesomeSauce spawned a dozen creepers on me!" lets us know that something went wrong. "The thing broke" does not.

Is this a Forum bug, or a Server bug?

For most bugs it's obvious whether it happened in the Forum or the Server, but something like "Logging in reversed the polarity" isn't so obvious.

Tell us when it happened

The day is alright, the hour is better. The exact minute and time zone is perfect. If there's a chance the log caught your bug, a precise time help us track it down quick.

Give a full description

The more details we have, the easier it is to find the source of the bug. We run a decent number of plugins, and sometimes the answer isn't obvious.
