Thank you for reporting this. Grimm is correct regarding the initial theft. Logs showed that 7 diamonds and 12 iron blocks had been stolen from Merlys. I watched Malice perform the initial investigation when Merlys discovered his items stole. At the time she stated that she could deal with the situation himself in game. I did ask Sloth about the theft the following day, and he told me he knew nothing about it, which doesn't match any of the stories he presented to other authorities. In light of this, and the evidence regarding this newest incident, I find the 3 day temp ban appropriate. Sloth is welcome to defend himself in this forum, and Merlys is welcome to post himown opinion on the situation should there be some context missing in the manner.
