I agree with Dwarf other than to point out that he has had numerous incidents of "near grief" at many different places and this seems to be fairly clear cut grief. Don't necessarily need to extend the old ban but would keep an eye out. I have Emerald City now protected with Towny also thanks to Dwarf so I'm good on that front.
