LOL.&nbsp; You stole all my stuff after you tp'ed on top of me and killed me and then wouldn't give it back as you said the rule against theft on the forum didn't specifically mention PVP (even though it clearly says no theft).&nbsp; So i killed you once at spawn to get my things back.&nbsp; If anyone should be banned it should be you.

I had my home set on an island that you took from us. I merely just went and found you there, upon which you killed me. I went home and got my armor and killed you. Then you began complaining I cant tp to you and kill you. It is not in the rules. Then you said keeping stuff from Pvp is theft. Which under the rules theft is considered stealing from chests. Then after I nicely gave you your stuff back. You killed me in spawn. Which multiple admins have stated you can not pvp in spawn. You also uses offensive language which is against the rules.

You stated the other day you didn't even know who claimed that island.&nbsp; There was a sign on the island stating "claimed by C.O.A.T."&nbsp; You couldn't even tell me what C.O.A.T. stood for.&nbsp; Clearly it wasn't your doing.&nbsp; I waited over a month with no activity on the island and then Fax said I could take it over since no one was building anything.&nbsp; I have been building on it for a while now and you clearly saw me before on the island but conveniently didn't start claiming it was your own until yesterday.&nbsp; Fax told you that I had rightfully petitioned him for the island and that you could have it back if it went dormant.&nbsp; It is not "your" island.

You came on my island multiple times yesterday and threatened to harm me and take my land.&nbsp; You left a declaration of war posted on the island.&nbsp; Obviously I saw you as a threat and didn't want you on my island since you have threatened me so many times.&nbsp; So, when you came back today I killed you before you could kill me.

You then proceeded to tp right on top of me after you got your armor and weapons and killed me.&nbsp; Obviously, if we eventually implement a rule that forbids teleporting FROM a fight, we should equally implement a rule that forbids teleporting TO a fight.&nbsp; It's just not fair that someone get set a home right on top of your house and then TP in and kill you before you can do anything.

The rules clearly state that all theft is disallowed and will be treated as griefing.&nbsp; It does not specifically mention either theft from chests or from PVP, it just says no theft.&nbsp; The better interpretation of that is, clearly, "no theft."&nbsp; Not some made up rule that you cannot steal from a chest but can murder someone and take their entire inventory.&nbsp; Keep in mind the no theft rule was written down by dwarf after you guys got upset that resser took your sword.

I then killed you in spawn to get my goods back.&nbsp; I then immediately gave you all your items back as I didn't want them.&nbsp; Keep in mind, for all your rule talking there is no specific written rule about killing in spawn.&nbsp; I've been killed in spawn many many times.&nbsp; Either way, I just wanted my stuff back that you refused to give.&nbsp; I did swear one time as I was upset you stole all my materials and were not playing respectfully and by the rules.&nbsp; For that I will take any punishment deemed necessary by the mods.

In the future, please leave me alone and stay off my lands, and I will do the same to do.&nbsp; Please remove your home from my island.&nbsp; If you want to keep coming there to murder me, at least have the courtesy to approach on a boat.&nbsp; The island is open for anyone to use, you can park at the dock before you come up to kill me.

Thank You for that reply.&nbsp;<div>First off, I had no knowledge Pib was on the island. When I /homed there. I was immediately killed by him. I got my gear and went back to kill. And Also your Bias must be taken into account here. The dictionary definition of theft of course says stealing is taking what is not yours. That does not apply to Minecraft or have any relevance. Also you fail to take not of Pib's foul language and Killing me in spawn. Which just goes show show your bias with Pib. I am not a toxic player to this server. I have been building a massive city just like everyone else. I like to PVP also which was the same as the old wolf den. I want to note I have not used foul language or stole from chests or griefed. I find it funny you think I am toxic to players. I have only helped this server. I have gotten probably 8 players to join the server and play actively. On numerous occasion I have extend my hand with helping Fax o other admins with technical issues because I have alot of knowledge with Running and setting up minecraft serves. No body here is mad with my besides pib. I Strongly disagree that I am bending the rules. I have not broken the rules. I find it funny you turned this on me. Pib did break the rules.</div><div>

So if you haven't even been on the server a month, and didn't make the sign claiming the island, how would you know how long it was untouched?&nbsp; It's obvious you didn't put down the sign and claim the land, so I'm not sure why you keep referring to it as your island.&nbsp; If Church did it, he can have a discussion with Fax and Fax will explain to him the same things he explained to you.

Yes. I did not place the sign. I Know ChurchTheHero placed a sign there on Aurum's behalf. Also Fax said that I Am willing to go to war for it and told you this. He said he would have to look into to it to see who the owner is. Also If no one touches your house in a month I can go steal it, this is what your saying then?

There was no house, the island was completely untouched except for the one sign.&nbsp; And yes, Fax told me that even though I had built on the island that if I left it dormant for too long I would lose it if someone petitioned him for it.&nbsp; I am fine with that.&nbsp;

Alright, first off as of now stealing is against the rules. So any items taken need to be returned. I understand this rule was different in the past, but as of now its not allowed.

So Surfer, I ask you return pib's stuff as soon as possible.

Now the island in question, I do recall pib asking about it at least a month ago. I'm going to talk with the other admins about this subject. However I can't see someone going around placing signs on land and claiming at their own and then doing nothing with it as a reasonable claim.

The rest of grievances here will be issued soon after I speak with the other admins.
