Notes:
While doing what I do, I came across some things that made me think I should launch an investigation.

Now, it's hard to "prove" xray abuse, but here I feel there is an abundance of evidence reinforcing the case.

In my mining tunnels under spawn, xxloafpincher found 5 clusters of diamonds not far off from my main tunnel. (Core Protect says these are the only diamonds he has ever dug in the Den1_11 world)
The tunnels leading to these clusters were straight lines, right off my main branch. He even managed to find some diamond 1 block above the roof of one section of the tunnel.

Now, this is pretty suspicious. But what clenches it for me, is that he didn't dig ANYWHERE else, except for the tunnels leading straight to the diamonds.
There is also these two lines in the chat log, which coincides with when the diamonds were found:

Additionally, the logs clock this in at 3-4 minutes between when he "found" his first diamond, and when he "found" his last diamond. 4 minutes to find 5 clusters of diamonds over the span of a 60 block long tunnel.

I will post screencapped evidence upon request by the punished party.

GemeraldPlayz was an accomplice to both crimes, though in comparison the items he took were of almost no value.
While he was not punished at the scene, further investigation has lead me to the conclusion that his account must be punished as well.

All damages have been undone, ethandaprez's inventory has also been purged as it held a great deal of wealth that had been otherwise properly rolled back.

5 Day Temp Ban for Carterandcooper

On the account of major theft throughout Proper and my house, Carterandcooper is charged with a 5 day ban and the demand to return the stolen items to their rightful owners (Deadlock1 & Proper_Brgdbald).

Stolen items include: 5 Name Tags, 42 Iron Ingots, 31 Glowstone, 11 Golden Apples, 1 Green Record, 1 Yellow Record, 4 Maps, and 1 Diamond Horse Armor.
There are some other stolen items such as quartz, potions, pumpkin pie and magma cream which are trivial items but nonetheless theft.

3 Day Temp Ban for Slothboxers

Due to theft of potions from Derpy_Clark (Derpahontis') chests and breaking of walls in his structures, the mods and member+ staff available at the time have agreed on a temporary ban of three days for Slothboxers. Pending further adjudication from higher ranking staff members, this will go in effect immediately, and last until roughly 4:15pm EST 7/21/2015.

This is a second offense, though the first was dealt with outside normal adjudicatorial means.

I apologise for posting this in the general forum, permissions for proper forum posting are still being processed. Pictures of inspection information of said chests and greifing will be posted below in reply.
