These rules will be updated in the near future.

For now, the obvious stuff which should be common sense:

1. No Griefing
2. No using Hacks of any kind.
3. Use common sense!

Please advise on policies regarding theft as it is not clear, and unless formally stated, your current flock of players is going to go theft-crazy.

Yes, it seems from what I've read while playing that multiple admins think any theft at all should be a punishable offense.  If so, I'm not sure why we don't just add that to the rules.  For what it matters, I agree with a no theft policy.

For the time being theft will be counted as griefing. Stolen goods should be returned by the thief and there will only be light punishment unless someone goes completely overboard or isn't willing to give the stuff back (for instance, if they took it and threw it into lava just to spite the victim. That's just not nice, and we don't want you here if that's how you operate!)

I would like to include a legal form of theft in the future, but for now I just wouldn't advise that you go stealing stuff.
