The only thing that I would hold against him now is that he did, for a short period, evade his ban on a different account, and that's really not something that I appreciate. Not sure if Twolf stumbled across this in his searches, the simpsonking ban was PhatVince as well.
That said, I'm generally pretty open to giving old players a second(or... hundredth?) chance. He can't really do anything to harm the server, worst case scenario we just roll back his edits and ban him again if he steps out of line. If nobody else has any additional objections, I'd be okay letting him back in for a trial period with a short leash.
