Towny Minecart Permissions

So, Mearm was testing something at the Greyhaven railway station, and he found that people taking minecarts into an area with Towny set can not use them unless they are residents or the owner. It seems some permissions must be set in Towny to allow non residents to place minecarts and use the switches to activate any powered rails that may launch them.

Go to the plot where your railway station is and use these two commands.

/plot set perm itemuse on

This will allow you to access any nearby minecart chest and place/remove minecarts.

/plot set perm switch on

This will allow you to use activation switches to launch minecarts.

Towny is full of inconvenient little things.

I wonder if it is possible to disable all the limitations on specific actions through a config somewhere (Like, ignore 'minecart.use' or whatever)
If I look into that I'll also look at the whole 'Town Decay' thing that resets unclaimed zones. That's a really cool feature that's probably useful for servers that revolve around Towny and economics. For our purposes however, it is not terrible useful and has great potential for disaster. Homes have already been lost to this. It's only a matter of time before something goofs and all of COAT disappears.
